“LA GATTAIOLA” was establised in 1985. It began life as a simple winebar where people could relax and enjoy themselves in a quiet toscana ambient tipical of the Pisan hill. At the beginins we served only simple dishes which accompanyed perfectly the wines we served, but as time passad our clients began to ask for more substantial meals which would have suited even betters our huge selection of wines...at this point the restaurant was born.
